Quality, Defects & Returns Policy
Our Quality Commitment
NotMPC produces and dispatches EU-storefront orders from Germany. We inspect materials and finished orders before dispatch. This quality-control commitment is not a separate commercial guarantee and does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
Check Custom Orders before Submission
Please review your artwork, spelling, size, quantity, finish and other specifications before placing the order. Custom orders may enter production shortly after submission.
If you need a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. We can change or cancel a custom order only before production begins, and we cannot promise that a submitted order can be stopped. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Non-conforming Goods
If you are a consumer and goods are faulty, damaged on delivery or do not match the agreed specifications, mandatory statutory rights apply. Depending on the legal conditions, these rights may include repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.
Statutory remedies are provided free of charge where required by law. Nothing in this policy excludes, shortens or restricts those rights.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering an issue. This request is not a contractual deadline and does not shorten any statutory period.
How to Report a Problem
Use our Contact page and include your order number, a clear description and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the issue. Please keep the goods and do not send them anywhere until we provide return instructions.
We may need to inspect the goods or ask you to make them available. A statutory defect claim is not conditional on the goods being unused; reasonable inspection or use does not by itself remove those rights.
Custom-made and Personalised Goods
Most NotMPC products are manufactured using the customer’s files, choices or specifications or are otherwise clearly personalised. For consumers, the statutory 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right normally does not apply where goods fall within the legal exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
That exception concerns change-of-mind withdrawal only. It does not limit rights when goods are faulty, damaged on delivery or not as agreed.
Eligible Non-custom Goods
For a non-custom product that does not fall within the personalised-goods exception, an individual consumer may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. The applicable withdrawal information and statutory rules determine the notice, return and reimbursement process.
Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the correct instructions. Responsibility for direct return costs follows the withdrawal information provided for the order and applicable law.
If a statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursement and any lawful deduction for diminished value follow the applicable rules. Handling reasonably necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods does not by itself justify a deduction.
Goodwill Remedies
Outside mandatory statutory rights, NotMPC may choose to offer a replacement, store credit or refund as a goodwill remedy for a specific order. Any goodwill offer is discretionary, applies only to that case and does not create a continuing commercial guarantee or reduce statutory rights.
Consumer and Business Orders
The consumer protections described on this page apply to individuals acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Rights for business customers depend on the contract and applicable law.
This page is a practical summary. Our Terms and Conditions and the mandatory law applicable to your order govern. If there is any conflict, mandatory law prevails.
