Frequently Asked Questions
Find verified answers about ordering, delivery, artwork and support for NotMPC’s EU storefront. Prices are shown in euros, and orders are produced and dispatched from Germany.
Ordering and Payment
How are prices and charges shown?
The EU storefront displays prices in euros. Before you place an order, checkout shows the product total, delivery charge, applicable VAT, discounts and the final amount charged by NotMPC. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own account or currency-conversion fees.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For custom game cards, the current EU configurator allows an order from one deck. Availability and quantity rules for any other product are shown on its product page or in its configurator.
Do I need an account before ordering?
No. Guest checkout is enabled on the EU storefront. Creating an account lets you return to the account area to view orders placed while signed in.
How do I choose or change card stock and finishing options?
Choose from the options currently shown in the product configurator before adding the product to your basket. If an order has already been submitted, contact support promptly; a change cannot be promised after production begins.
Which payment methods and coupons can I use?
Checkout displays the payment methods available for the specific order. If a coupon field is available, enter the code exactly as issued and review the order total to confirm whether it has been applied. Coupon conditions and expiry dates may restrict use. Never send full payment-card details or a security code through a support ticket.
Delivery and Import Fees
Where are EU-store orders produced and delivered?
NotMPC produces and dispatches orders from Germany. We deliver throughout Europe and to other destinations supported at checkout. Available delivery services and prices in euros are calculated at checkout for the destination and order.
How are delivery options, prices and estimates determined?
Production and carrier delivery estimates are shown during checkout and in your order information. Timing depends on the product, destination and selected delivery service. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
How can I track an order?
If tracking is included with the selected service, the tracking reference is sent after dispatch. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and respond promptly to carrier delivery requests. Contact us before dispatch if an address needs correction.
Can I use a different delivery address or a P.O. box?
Enter the required delivery address during checkout. Service availability, including delivery to a P.O. box, depends on the destination and carrier; checkout shows whether an eligible service is available.
Will import fees apply?
Deliveries to destinations within the EU customs territory do not incur import fees. For destinations outside that territory, import taxes, customs duties or handling fees may apply under local rules and are the recipient’s responsibility. Check with the relevant customs authority before ordering.
Artwork and Files
What artwork size should I use for poker-sized cards?
For the supported 63 × 88 mm poker-sized card, prepare artwork at 822 × 1122 px at 300 DPI. The artwork guide shows approximately 3 mm bleed and a 3 mm safe area on each edge.
Which image file formats can I upload?
The current card configurator accepts JPG/JPEG and PNG image files. The upload control and validation determine whether a selected file can be used.
How should I resize or prepare artwork?
Prepare each image at the required pixel dimensions in an image editor before uploading. Do not stretch a small image to make it larger, because this does not restore missing detail. Review every card in the browser preview before adding the deck to your basket.
Can I use black-and-white, sepia or scanned artwork?
Upload artwork in the final appearance you want printed. Scans and photographs should be sharp, correctly exposed and prepared at the required resolution. Screen and print colour can differ, so use the browser preview to check placement rather than treating it as a colour-proof guarantee.
How do bleed, cut line and safe area work?
Extend the background artwork to the full bleed edge. The finished card is cut at the cut line, and text, logos and other important content should stay inside the safe area. Cutting has a normal production tolerance, so content outside the safe area may be trimmed.
How do I upload artwork?
Open the custom game card configurator, select the current product options and use its upload controls for card fronts and backs. Complete the browser review before adding the configured deck to your basket.
Orders and Support
Can I change or cancel an order after submitting it?
If you need a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. We can change or cancel a custom order only before production begins, and we cannot promise that a submitted order can be stopped. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.
What should I do if an order is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Use our Contact page and include your order number, a clear description and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the issue. Please keep the goods and do not send them anywhere until we provide return instructions.
