Shipping Information

Printed and dispatched from Germany

NotMPC produces and dispatches orders from Germany. We deliver throughout Europe and to other destinations supported at checkout. Available delivery services and prices in euros are calculated at checkout for the destination and order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated carrier delivery after dispatch is 3–5 working days, depending on the destination and service available at checkout. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruption, customs processing outside the EU customs territory and other events beyond our control may cause delays.

Tracking and Delivery Details

If tracking is included with the selected service, the tracking reference is sent after dispatch. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and respond promptly to carrier delivery requests. Contact us before dispatch if an address needs correction.

Import Fees and Customs

Deliveries to destinations within the EU customs territory do not incur import fees. For destinations outside that territory, import taxes, customs duties or handling fees may apply under local rules and are the recipient’s responsibility. Check with the relevant customs authority before ordering.

Read our Terms and Conditions for the complete destination policy.
