Copyright Notice and Action

This process covers copyright claims relating to files customers upload for private custom printing.

Scope

Customer files are stored to prepare and manufacture private print orders; they are not intentionally published as a public gallery. We nevertheless review sufficiently precise notices concerning specific files or orders.

How to submit a notice

Use our Contact page. A notice should include:

  • Your full name, organization, role, email address, and telephone number.
  • A description of the copyrighted work and your authority to act for the rightsholder.
  • Enough information to identify the relevant order or file, such as an order number, file name, upload identifier, date, or customer name if known.
  • An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized or otherwise unlawful.
  • A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.
  • Your typed or electronic signature.

What happens after a notice

We acknowledge receipt, assess whether the notice is sufficiently precise and substantiated, and may ask for additional information. Where action is justified, we may pause production, cancel an order, restrict access to the file, preserve limited evidence, and notify the affected customer with a reason for the decision.

Customer response

A customer who believes a notice is mistaken may respond through the Contact page. The response should identify the order and file, explain the basis of the objection, include accurate contact information, and confirm that the response is submitted in good faith. We review the notice and response fairly and may request evidence from either party.

Misuse and repeat infringement

False, abusive, or misleading notices may be rejected. We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated substantiated infringement complaints.

Privacy and disclosure

We limit the personal information shared during a claim to what is necessary. We may disclose customer or claimant information to competent authorities or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Preservation

We may retain limited file metadata, order records, and correspondence for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and the handling of the claim.

Language

Notices may be submitted in English. If supporting material is in another language, an English translation may help us process it more quickly.
