Terms of Service — European Union storefront

These Terms apply to orders placed through the NotMPC European Union storefront at notmpc.com/ (the “Website”). NotMPC provides online design tools and custom-printing services, with EU orders produced and dispatched from Germany. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website and account use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not disrupt the Website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or misuse another person’s information.

2. Products, artwork, and order approval

You are responsible for the specifications and files submitted with an order, including card size, quantity, finish, spelling, image resolution, safe areas, and bleed. The online preview is a production aid and screen colours may differ from printed colours. Minor variations resulting from normal printing, cutting, and finishing tolerances are not defects.

We may contact you to clarify an order, pause production, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced safely or lawfully.

3. Prices, euros, and VAT

EU storefront prices are displayed in euros. Before payment, checkout displays the product total, delivery charges, discounts, applicable VAT or other taxes, and the final order total.

4. Germany fulfilment and import fees

Orders delivered to addresses within the European Union are produced and dispatched from Germany. There are no import fees for delivery within the European Union.

The United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway are not European Union destinations and are not covered by the no-import-fee statement. For these countries and all other destinations outside the European Union, destination import fees, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs requirements may apply. These amounts are set by the destination authorities or carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

If a shipment outside the European Union is refused or cannot be delivered because destination charges are unpaid, recovery, redelivery, or reprinting costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

5. Payment and formation of the contract

Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we approve the order for production. We may reject or cancel an order before production and will refund amounts collected for that cancelled order.

6. Custom products and the right of withdrawal

Most products sold through NotMPC are manufactured to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to those custom products. This exception does not limit your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, or not as agreed.

For eligible non-custom goods bought by an EU consumer, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to withdraw. The goods must be returned in their original condition. We will provide return instructions and process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Custom orders can be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Once production begins, changes and cancellation are no longer available unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Delivery, risk, and returned shipments

Production and delivery dates are estimates. For consumer orders using a delivery service offered by us, risk remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and cooperating with reasonable carrier requests.

If delivery fails for a reason attributable to the customer, including an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, reasonable redelivery or reprint costs may apply. This does not affect remedies where we or our selected carrier caused the failure.

9. Faulty, damaged, or non-conforming goods

If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or do not match the agreed specifications, contact us with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Please report visible delivery damage promptly so that we can investigate with the carrier. A prompt report does not affect any mandatory rights under applicable law.

10. Customer content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You confirm that you own or control all rights needed to use that content and that it is lawful. You grant NotMPC a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, adapt, reproduce, and print the content only as needed to manufacture and deliver the order, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We may pause or cancel orders connected with credible intellectual-property notices or unlawful content. See our Copyright Notice and Action process.

11. Uploaded-file storage

Online file storage is a convenience and is not a permanent backup service. Keep your own copies. We may remove stored files from inactive accounts after reasonable notice or where required for security, legal compliance, or service operation.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Payment card data is handled by the payment providers offered at checkout; NotMPC does not store full card numbers or security codes.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Business customers remain responsible for claims arising from content they submit and must indemnify NotMPC to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence, and jurisdiction is determined by applicable EU and national rules. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any complaint directly.

15. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version accepted at checkout governs that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
